At MUGRABI STUDIO, we strive to ensure that our lighting, home decor, and furniture reach you in perfect condition. Please review our shipping and return terms below. 

Shipping Policy

  • Shipping Destinations: We ship to the USA and select international locations.     
  • Shipping Costs: Shipping fees are calculated at checkout based on the size, weight, and destination of your order. Due to the nature and size of our products, shipping costs are non-refundable.
  • Taxes & Customs: For international orders, customers are responsible for any local customs fees, duties, or import taxes.    

Return Policy (30-Day Window)

We offer a 30-day return policy for lighting, home decor, and furniture products.

  • Eligibility: To be eligible for a return, the item must be in the same condition that you received it, unused, and in its original packaging.
  • Return Process: To initiate a return, please contact our support team at ilan@exclusive.co.il. Once your return is accepted, we will provide instructions on how and where to send your package.

Refunds and Fees Shipping Cost

  • Shipping Costs: Please note that shipping costs are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, the original cost of shipping will be deducted from your refund amount.
  • Return Shipping: The customer is responsible for paying the shipping costs for returning the item, unless the return is a result of our error (you received a damaged or incorrect item).

Damaged or Defective Items

Please inspect your order upon reception. If the item is defective, damaged, or if you receive the wrong item, contact us immediately at mugrabi.logistics@exclusive.co.il

  • In the event of an item arriving damaged, we will cover the return shipping costs and provide a full refund or a replacement.
  • Please include photos of the damaged item and the packaging in your email to expedite the process.

Non-Returnable Items

Certain types of items cannot be returned, such as custom products (special orders or personalized items). Please get in touch if you have questions or concerns about your specific item.

Installation Disclaimer

Lighting products must be installed by a qualified professional. Mugrabi Studio is not responsible for damage caused by improper installation, modification, or use inconsistent with provided instructions.
